POP Project Manger
The POP Project Manager will be the customer and sales team contact for POP value added displays. This position provides complete project coordination.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
Communicates with customers and sales force to understand unique display requests/requirements and is responsible for complete project management
Requests internal estimate pricing
Contacts outside vendors for pricing and lead-time on outsourced components
Source new suppliers that provide capabilities specific to POP business direction
Completes estimate spreadsheet for Value Add Displays, determines sell price and issues formal quotations to customers
Hands-on development of samples or prototypes to assist in securing orders
Upon receipt of order enters simple BOMs for value add displays
Provide direction to procurement for outside vendor purchases and to internal production team.
Create and manage planning documents
Coordinate and lead team meetings
Follow-up on all aspects of project development to assure projects are shipping on time and at budget

Backup to Business Development Representative
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School graduate or GED required
2-4 year degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Experience
2 - 3 years' experience in Project Management
Customer Relationship, Quoting and Estimating experience
Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings / blueprints
Background in metals and / or plastics preferred but not required
Electronic (LED) knowledge helpful
