Our client is a growing metal and plastic fabrication job shop. One of their key employees is retiring and they need to bring in someone learn their operation. They expect a learning curve but want someone with the basic skills, drive and talent to learn the role. This is a well- established company located near the Fox Valley and easily commutable to Oshkosh and Appleton.
Requirements:
Associate's degree with strong math and reasoning skills

years' experience in a manufacturing, preferably a job shop environment.
Superior organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills used when communicating with customers, suppliers, and all levels of company personnel
Skills using and ERP system and AutoCAD would pluses
Duties:
Work with customers to determine their needs from informal sketches, written and verbal directions to engineered drawings and specifications then correlate them to company processes & supplier capabilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates by gathering information from both internal and external sources, calculating time requirements to produce product and determining material cost structures
From cost estimates develop production plan, bills of materials and routings
Utilized ERP/MRP system in support of primary duties
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package. No visa sponsorship is available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
