We are looking for a candidate who is professional in both attitude and appearance, organized, reliable, self-motivated, works well with others.
American Industrial Sales, LLC is a small owned business operating 50 people.
Oversees the daily operations of the accounting department including:
month and end-year Process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities Assist with HR duties such as maintaining employee personnel files, maintaining employee handbook, and coordinating employee hiring Assist with company employee benefits, such as PTO, retirement, and insurance.
Coordinate communications with Attorney, CPA, Insurance agent and Financial Advisor Previous bookkeeping/ accounting and general HR/Benefits administration experience required.
Must have experience in QuickBooks Month and end-year process Accounts payable/receivable (entering bills, paying them & invoicing) Cash receipts General ledger Payroll Yearly capital assets reconciliations Account statement reconciliations, Check runs Previous bookkeeping experience required Other miscellaneous administrative tasks Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
